Akand Furniture provides interior design, custom furniture manufacturing, office furnishing, space planning, project management, and related services based on mutually approved project requirements.
All quotations provided by Akand Furniture are valid for a limited period unless otherwise mentioned in writing. Pricing may change due to material costs, market conditions, or project modifications.
Work will commence only after final approval of design, quotation, and payment terms by the client.
Estimated delivery or project completion timelines are provided based on current schedules and resource availability. Akand Furniture is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, supplier issues, client-side delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
All design concepts, drawings, layouts, presentations, and visual materials developed by Akand Furniture remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Akand Furniture shall not be held responsible for indirect damages, business interruptions, or losses arising from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or external circumstances beyond company control.
